About us
FZP Immo AG – Austrian branch, based in Klagenfurt, specialises in the development and management of real estate in the hospitality sector. Our work rests on two pillars: developing our own projects and advising clients who themselves operate in the hospitality sector.
In our own real estate development, several exciting projects are currently coming up near Villach – two hotel projects and a leisure park. This is exactly where a special opportunity of this role lies: you are involved from the first idea through planning to completion, and can contribute your own ideas and help shape things from the start.
In the second area, we support our clients directly on site in all administrative matters. We help them in particular with finance (accounting, financial planning), but also in strategy, marketing and HR. In this way we bring commercial clarity to businesses whose strength is hospitality.
Your responsibilities
To strengthen our team we are looking for a commercial all-rounder (m/f/d). The role is initially split into two areas of focus:
As assistant to management (approx. 2 days/week at the office in Klagenfurt) you work closely with the managing director and support him both in developing our own projects and in advising our clients. This includes, for example, preparing documents and decision-making materials, research and analysis, coordinating appointments and projects, and communicating with external partners such as tax advisors, banks and authorities.
In on-site client support (approx. 3 days/week field work) you independently support our clients with financial (particularly accounting) and administrative tasks, after a thorough onboarding.
Depending on qualifications and ability, the role offers strong long-term development potential: from building up your own areas of responsibility and running projects independently to taking over financial management, both in the office and with our clients.
Framework

Your profile
- Completed commercial education – ideally a school-leaving certificate (Matura) from a commercial secondary school (HAK or similar)
- A commercial apprenticeship (e.g. finance and accounting assistance) or a business degree are also welcome – pay, scope and pace of career development adjust accordingly
- Good Excel skills and strong IT affinity (e.g. effective use of AI) are a major advantage
- Very good German and good English; further languages an advantage
- Driving licence (category B)
- Quick comprehension and the ability to work through more demanding topics independently
- Initiative, reliability and discretion
Salary
For this position we offer a gross monthly salary between € 2,400 and € 4,400 (full-time, paid 14× per year), depending on qualifications and professional experience.
