When you open a page, the technical hosting provider automatically processes access data. This includes in particular the IP address, date and time, requested address, volume of data transferred, and information about the browser and operating system.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain IT security and detect faults. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functioning operation) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

Logs are stored only for as long as needed for these purposes and are then deleted or anonymised.

The advertised role links to the external application portal digitalerlebenslauf.at. If you apply there, that provider's privacy notice applies. That provider is the controller for processing on its platform.

Speculative applications sent to office@fzp-immo.com are processed for recruitment purposes on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, legal obligations.

This website does not set cookies and does not load analytics, advertising or chat services. The language is selected through the page address, for example /en or /it.

The fonts used are embedded when the site is built and are served from this website. Your visit does not trigger a request to Google.

If we later introduce optional statistics or marketing tools, we will update this notice and, where required, obtain your consent.

Data is disclosed to the hosting provider as a processor and, where required by law, to public authorities. We do not disclose data for advertising purposes.

Personal data is deleted once the relevant purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention duties prevent deletion. We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet any duty to provide evidence.
