Hosting and server logs
When you open a page, the technical hosting provider automatically processes access data. This includes in particular the IP address, date and time, requested address, volume of data transferred, and information about the browser and operating system.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain IT security and detect faults. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functioning operation) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
